As first home buyers, we were hoping to find someone who could not only help us find and buy the right place for our family but someone who we could trust and make the entire home buying process an easy experience. We were very lucky to have had Kaitlyn representing us for this purchase as she was pretty much the most ideal person we were hoping to find. From the beginning, she was able to clearly understand our needs and budget, came up with a list of good properties within the location we wanted, met us and walked us through those properties, guided us on the pros and cons of each them and also patiently listened to our opinion which she made sure were taken into consideration while shortlisting the next few homes to look at.
